Individually or in groups of 5-50 people, we will design the entry and path into your very own meditation practice and jointly find ways to integrate the benefits into your personal or professional life. Meditation is an excellent preparation for coaching processes - because change is always heading into something new and unknown territory. This new and unknown lying aheadoften induces stress and hinders the desired growth. The reason why so many therapies and coachings do fail. Self-regulation is a prerequisite for successful change and meditation one of the most effective methods.

The mindset of individuals and the corporate culture are the crucial factors for successful corporate management in the age of rapid change and an increasingly complex world. Professional expertise and functional structures are no longer sufficient to meet these challenges. The more artificial intelligence is introduced into our professional world, the more are managers challenged to develop their emotional intelligence. Calmness, inner clarity, resilience and a cooperative mentality will unfold yours and your employees' full potential.

In the last years I accompanied and instructed thousands of people in meditation. At their request, the meditation-app Mind.Mind was created and has been available since 2018. You can use the app on your own for the way into your meditation practice. as well as a supplement to individual or group meditations and thus continue your practice continuously. In addition to numerous meditations, the app contains preparatory and accompanying exercises: Explanations of meditation practice, breathing exercises, Qi Gong exercises and contemplation texts. (Currently the app is only available in German, please contact me for individual meditations in English.)

At the beginning of each week you will be provided with an orientation to the course of the week and essential aspects of meditation will be explained to you.

Choose individual meditations and additional exercises.

You already meditate or do have personal preferences?

In your library you find numerous meditations. Additional exercises are available to you as a preparation for your meditation. Additionally your are welcome to use these exercises during your day. These include Qi-Gong exercises, breathing exercises and contemplation texts.
